Things are a bit different here at the Manoir des Remparts. We have simplified our product while improving what we believe to be essential, in an effort to meet the modern traveler's needs. Here is, in brief, what you need to know about how we do hospitality around here.

Contact us Alright, you are physically on your own, but we are only a quick message away. Text, email, live chat – the choice is up to you. Make sure to check out our online Help Center first. It holds all the answers. For real. Phone calls (who makes phone calls anymore?) are redirected to voicemail and messages are listened to via the same platform used to sort written messages. |

Maintenance staff The maintenance staff is employed by a third party. They friendly and will readily help you if they can, but please understand that their priority is to have all rooms and common areas cleaned and ready for incoming guests, and that they are likely pressed for time. |

No daily housekeeping For stays shorter than 5 days, rooms are only cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. For longer stays, rooms will also be cleaned once, halfway through your stay. Need to clean a small mess? Accidents happen. If there aren’t any maintenance workers available to assist you, help yourselves to the cleaning tools in the self-serve closets. Please make sure to put them back when you are done. |

Towels For environmental reasons, please hang towels to dry and re-use them as much as possible. Leave used ones in a neat pile outside your door for pick-up. Extras can be found in the self-serve closets on each floor. Gray face cloths are for makeup removal. Please do not use white ones for that purpose if gray ones are available. |

Wifi For security reasons, the Wifi password changes periodically. It is displayed in a picture frame in your room, on the left wall in the entrance, and you can also find it here, in the designated Help Center article. The Wifi should be ultra-fast and reliable. Please report any problems or poor performance to us via the Help Center form. |

No Keys There is an electronic lock on the door. |
Smoke free environment Smoking is forbidden inside, on the terraces, and closer than 10 meters from any entrance/exit door. |

Parking Check out the Parking section. No on-site parking, except for Apt 1, 2 and 3, which each have one (1) reserved space. Unauthorized parking will result in towing at your expense. |

Self-serve closets Our self-serve closets are restocked daily for your convenience. Inside, you’ll find extra towels, coffee, sheets, toilet paper, and other essentials, as well as an iron, an ironing board, and a plunger. Please feel free to take what you need, but we kindly ask that you only take what is necessary to ensure all guests have access to these amenities. |
