Host/ Guest Agreement

This agreement was sent to you upon making your reservation and you accepted its terms when registering online. Its purpose is to clearly establish each party’s expectations. Since Le Manoir des Remparts is an automated, staffless hotel, this agreement serves as the foundation for the relationship of trust between the latter and its guests

Your Engagements (Guest):

• Provide complete and accurate information in your online registration to facilitate communication.
• Read through and understand all of the information related to your arrival at the property, before your arrival.
• Abide by the House Rules.
• Respect other guests of the Manoir.

  Our Engagements (Le Manoir des Remparts):

• A quick, hassle-free arrival thanks to online registration.
• A unit equivalent or superior* to the type selected upon booking.
• A clean unit and common areas.
• Access to fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
• Access to an ever-expanding guide/help center to answer your questions & reasonable response time** for all inquiries.
• A secure environment under camera surveillance.
• Apartments 1, 2 & 3 only: a reserved parking space on-site.

* “Equivalent or superior”: (i) unit(s) featuring an equal or greater number of beds; (ii) unit(s) of equal or greater value upon booking.

** “Reasonable response time”: via recommended channels (i) <1 hour from 10am to 12pm & 3pm to 8pm; (ii) all inquiries outside of these time periods will be treated, at the latest, within the next period, pending on the availability of notified personnel.
